It's recommended to book our services as early as possible to ensure availability for your event date. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so contacting us well in advance is advisable.
9. Can you accommodate special dietary preferences or restrictions?
Absolutely. We can create cocktails that cater to specific dietary preferences or restrictions. Just let us know about any special requirements during our discussions, and we'll work to accommodate them.
10. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit and Debit Cards through a invoiced payment link. We will never personally view or ask for you Card Information. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
After Pay is accepted. Pay pal is not accepted.
11. Can I add additional services after booking?
Yes, you can discuss adding additional services beyond your initial agreement. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability and any applicable charges.
12. Can I book you for non-alcoholic services?
Yes, We have Mocktail services on our packages page.

Policies

Deposits: non-refundable deposit is 30% of quoted price.
Payment: Full payment is due 1-2 weeks prior to the start of the event. We accept various payment methods; please refer to our agreement for details.
Alcohol and Licensing:
Alcohol Service: We provide professional bartending services, but the client is responsible for supplying the alcohol and any required licenses or permits for alcohol service.
Legal Drinking Age: We strictly adhere to the legal drinking age of 21. We reserve the right to check IDs and refuse service to anyone underage.
Event Details:
Event Information: We require accurate and detailed event information to provide the best service possible. Changes to event details should be communicated to us promptly.
Timeliness: We will arrive at the agreed-upon time for setup and ensure the bar is operational before guests arrive.
Liability and Insurance:
Liability: The Mobile Keytender is not liable for any injury, damages, or loss during the event.
Insurance: We carry liability insurance to protect both our team and your guests during the event.
Additional Services:
Customization: We offer a range of bar setups and services. Additional services beyond the initial agreement can be discussed and added, subject to availability and additional charges.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in our pricing but is greatly appreciated by our team for exceptional service.
